Fitness By Julie NYC now Offers outdoor and online classes.

Group training and online Classes- Start August 21st•

In order to participate in outdoor activity, you will need to e-mail me or book through the webpage.

The following guidelines have been set in place for all outdoor fitness classes to ensure all clients are and feel safe.


All outdoor classes will take place outside Riverplace on the grass or down by the pier. You will get all the information when you contact me or request/book a spot.

Group training classes will have reduced capacity to allow for social distancing and provide space to feel safe while working out.

We will workout 6 feet from each other at all times.


The class formats that is non-equipment based allows us to be a total of 10.


At the equitment based workouts we will be maximum 3 (4 with me)



Please bring you own mat, towel, and water bottle.



Equipment Is avalible if needed upon request.



Hand sanitizer will be provided.

Of corse we NEVER show up for a class or any session if we dont feel well. Very welcome back when you are well.

Equitment will always be carefully sanitized before and after class. Both by you and by me. I provide everything we need for that .
